SIEでは、LGBTQIA＋の社員を含むすべての社員がありのままの自分で働ける職場環境の整備をグローバルに推進しています。
SIE globally promotes the development of a work environment where all employees, including LGBTQIA+ employees, can work as they are.

取り組み/Effort

e-learningによる「ダイバーシティ研修」やLGBTQIA＋の理解を深めるための講演会や社内イベントの開催に加え、東京レインボープライドなど社外イベントへの参加を継続して実施しています。
In addition to “diversity training” through e-learning and holding lectures and in-house events to deepen understanding of LGBTQIA+, we continue to participate in external events such as Tokyo Rainbow Pride.

社外からの評価/External Evaluation

LGBTQ+に関するダイバーシティ促進を目指して活動している「work with Pride」。
SIEはこの団体によるLGBTQ+に関する取り組みの評価指標「Pride指標」で最高評価の「ゴールド」を受賞しています。
Work with Pride” works to promote LGBTQ+ diversity. SIE has received the highest rating of “Gold” in the Pride Index, an evaluation index of LGBTQ+ initiatives by this organization.
