PRIDE+ Networkは、性的マイノリティをサポートする社内ネットワークです。LGBTQ＋を含む全社員が自分らしく、最も高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる職場環境の醸成のため、社内でのLGBTQ＋に対する理解を促進するとともに、社内制度や自社サービスのインクルーシビティの向上を目指して活動しています。

PRIDE + Network is an internal colleague network that supports sexual minorities. We aim to foster a work environment where all colleagues, including LGBTQ+, can demonstrate their own personalities and bring their highest performance. We promote understanding of LGBTQ+ within the company and inclusion for our products and services.

取り組み内容の紹介

【同性パートナーシップ制度の導入】

ジェンダーによる人事制度や福利厚生の差をなくすよう、同性パートナーシップ制度を導入。配偶者に提供される規定およびガイドラインの支給対象として同性パートナーも対象となりました。

Same-sex partnership system: We introduced a same-sex partnership system to our internal rules to eliminate differences in gender-based personnel systems and welfare programs.

【社員の性別適合／性別移行支援のためのガイドライン導入】

私たちは、すべての人がありのままの自分である権利をもつと考えています。アメリカン・エキスプレスでは、性自認にギャップを持つ社員が社会的／身体的な要素を各自の性自認に近づけていくことと、その過程を支援をするためのガイドラインを設けています。

Guidelines for employee gender reassignment / gender transition support: We believe that everyone has the right to be who they are. We introduced guidelines for transgender colleagues to assist in being their true selves.

【同性パートナーへの家族カード発行】

アメリカン・エキスプレスでは「日々、世界最高の顧客体験を提供する」というビジョンを掲げ、多様なお客様のニーズを尊重したサービスを提供しています。同性パートナーや事実婚カップルへの家族カード発行も、その一つです。

Supplementary card for same-sex partners: Our vision is to provide the world’s best customer experience every day, and providing the option to apply for a supplementary card for same-sex partners is one of them.

PRIDE指標は、LGBTQ+にとって働きやすい職場の評価のため、任意団体のwork with Prideが2016年に作成した指標です。アメリカン・エキスプレスは、2019年から、最高位であるゴールドを受賞しています。

The PRIDE index was created in 2016 by WWP, a voluntary organization, to recognize employers who create a workplace where LGBTQ+ can work comfortably. We have been awarded the highest Gold Award since 2019.
