We are thrilled to join the celebration with all of you and introduce to you our Pride initiatives globally and in Japan.

At BCG, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for our LGBTQ+ employees and clients. Our Pride@BCG community is well-established globally and expanding rapidly in Japan.
Through this community, we provide a platform for LGBTQ+ employees to connect, support one another, and drive change within BCG and beyond.

Our initiatives include sponsoring LGBTQ+ events and organizations, providing training and education on LGBTQ+ related topics, and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and equality. In Japan, we are working closely with local organizations to support the LGBTQ+ community and raise awareness about the importance of diversity and inclusion. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all of BCG employees, clients, and communities.
